Deal Manager Accelerator Template

- Determine which property, job or category has the largest revised budget or contract, the highest or lowest billed to date results, or the biggest changes between the original and revised contract amount.
- Track the life cycle of potential change orders (PCOs) to change orders (COs) to actual spend.
